[Standard ML][sml] bindings to the [SuperCollider][sc3] real-time
synthesiser.

The current implementation is for [MLton][mlton] only, as
[SML/NJ][sml-nj], [Moscow ML][moscow-ml] and [Poly/ML][poly-ml] do not
implement the `Word16` or `Real32` structures.
