[Haskell][hs] Parser for [Meapsoft][meap] 2.0 Analysis Files

Supports analysis files with any number of features extracted.  See
[hmeap-utils][hmeap-utils] for programs that illustrate using hmeap
with hmatrix, gnuplot and [hsc3][hsc3].
